The Joy of Abundance and Sharing on Eid al-Adha: June 5, 2025

On the occasion of Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), which we will celebrate on June 5, 2025, I extend my most heartfelt wishes to the entire Islamic world and our nation. Eid al-Adha is one of the most beautiful examples of sharing, solidarity, and strengthening the bonds of brotherhood.

These special days are moments when our unity and togetherness are reinforced, grievances are forgotten, and love and tolerance are elevated. The helping hand extended to the poor and needy through the sacrifice ritual once again demonstrates the strength of our societal solidarity. Just as the meat of the sacrificed animals is shared, so too are our joys multiplied during this feast. I hope that peace, tranquility, and happiness blossom in everyone's heart.

I wish that the spiritual atmosphere brought by Eid al-Adha will lead to peace, prosperity, and well-being for all humanity. On these blessed days, I remember our martyrs with mercy and our veterans with gratitude, and I extend my thanks to all our healthcare workers and security forces. I kiss the hands of our elders and the eyes of our young ones.

I wish that Eid al-Adha brings health, happiness, and peace to our country and the entire world. Happy Eid al-Adha!
